- emissive gas
- burst pipes (gas, water, sewage)
- blockages that affect the entire house or apartment building (basic line / downpipe)
- failure of the district heating
- leaks in district heating pipes in the property or in the entire apartment
- total loss of electricity in the house or in the entire apartment
- failure of the entire staircase lighting
- fires in electrical cables and equipment parts
- storm damage and major rain-wetting with subsequent damage to the property
- emergency opening of the locks of the house entrance doors
During business hours, all accident notifications are handled by your administrator. For emergencies or accidents after 6 PM or on weekends, please contact our emergency service +49 (0)178 / 69 28 813 or +49 (0)345 / 78 23 223.
For abusive use of the emergency service the costs will be passed on to the tenant.
- clogging of toilets, wash basins, sinks, showers or bathtubs has to be paid by the person causing the blockage
- malfunction of individual power outlets or switches do not count as an accident
- emergency opening of locks on apartment doors will be charged to the tenant
